The firm handles corporate, partnership and personal tax matters.
Such activities include providing tax advice with regard to structuring transactions and the formation, reorganization and recapitalization of business entities. Tax and estate planning matters are primarily handled by Lee Popkin, who holds an LL.M. degree in taxation.
