Samma H. Bromley

Samma H. BromleySamma Harper Bromley is an associate of the firm, concentrating her practice in real estate development as well as general business law. Samma assists clients in the preparation of subdivision documents, conservation easements, and related real estate documents. In addition, Samma has represented clients in the formation of various business entities, as well as the negotiation and preparation of lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and related contracts.


A Knoxville native, Samma received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Georgia in 2003. Mrs. Bromley received her Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from Emory University of Law, where she was an officer in Phi Alpha Delta, and the recipient of the State Taxation award.

Involved in the East Tennessee community, Samma is a graduate of Introduction Knoxville, she serves as general counsel to the Knoxville Opera Company and is a member of the Board of Blount Mansion Association. Additionally, Samma is a member of the Junior League of Knoxville and teaches Sunday School at Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church.
